You don’t want to create contents that appeal to you; you want to create contents that a lot of people are willing to spend money on; contents that a lot of people are searching for and are finding solutions to.
Hence, the most important thing you need to do before you create your digital product is research.
If you do this right, then you’ve solved about 50% of the problem and selling therefore becomes very easy.

It’s as simple as that.
Being able to sell up to 100 units of your digital content is just as easy as following the 3 steps.
But for clarity, let’s take each step and explain it.
Step 1: Create a lead magnet
The lead magnet is a teaser of your main product. It is a piece of digital content that shows the customer how good you are with what you do and what life look like for them when they get your main product.
Why the lead magnet works well is because you’ll be giving it out for FREE hence you’ll be getting little resistance from the audience.
The only commitment they’ll be making is giving you their name and email which you’ll use to follow up on them in step 3.
Step 2: Get your lead magnet in the hand of as much people as possible
There’s literally no just cause for creating a digital product for sale or lead magnet for free if you’re not giving it to as much people as possible.
It’s a disservice to have a solution to people’s problem and not get it to them.
Also, it’s this step that determines if you’ll hit your goal of 100 sales or not.
The more people that sees your lead magnet, the more chances you have at making sales.
Invest in advertising your lead magnet to reach as much people as possible.
If you’re getting 3 sales for every 100 people that read your lead magnet, then you’ll know you have to get your lead magnet in front of about 3300 people to hit 100 sales.
With this knowledge, it’ll be easy for you to know how many people to target to make your 100 sales.
Step 3: Follow up in the email
People need to see what you’re offering an average of 5-7 times before they finally reach buying decision.
They might not buy from you in the first contact, that’s why the lead magnet works well.
Once you’ve gotten their emails and name, you can easily follow up on them sending them one email every day for 7 days and explaining to them the benefits of getting your digital products.
If you do this right, you’ll find out how easy it is to actually hit your goal of 100 sales on 30 days.
